Paper applications must be submitted in person at the IDEA Insurance Agency office directly to our Operations or Contracting Departments.

Applications that are not turned in at the office by 3:00PM, Monday through Friday, or by 12:00pm on Saturday, will be considered late, and will not be processed until the following BUSINESS day.

IDEA Insurance Agency will not be responsible for any missed deadlines, with each individual company/carrier for any late paper application submissions to our office.

Paper applications that are not properly filled out, will not be accepted and will be returned to agents for corrections. Errors include but are not limited to:

No Medicare and/or Medicaid number listed, any missed customer's personal information details, any missed questions, no PCP name and PCP number, white out on applications.

*If agents acquire new enrollments for paper applications during our non-business hours, agents are responsible to submit the application with the company/carrier directly by fax or email.
