Bilingual Health Insurance Customer Service - Remote
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist you are the essential point of contact for our members, resolving inquiries related to health plan benefits, claims, billing, and provider networks. You’ll manage a high-volume of incoming calls, maintain meticulous Notes in CRM conducting search in insurance systems delivering an efficient service. Your role is critical in educating members, resolving issues, transferring calls correctly and boosting retention through proactive outreach.

Dedicated and experienced Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist Medicare-eligible individuals in selecting the most suitable MAPD plans by evaluating their healthcare needs, medications, and available benefits, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their coverage.
Telesales Agent 2+ Years of Experience
As a MAPD Insurance Telesales Agent, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential clients—primarily seniors and Medicare-eligible individuals—via outbound calls to educate them about MAPD plans and facilitate their enrollment process.
